Traditional restaurant offering our typical local cuisine.
Specialising in suckling lamb, fish and hearty dishes.

  • Winter salad with soy sauce: escarole, pomegranate, orange, apple, pineapple and raisins
  • Wild boar and foie carpaccio
  • Venison and foie carpaccio
  • Toast with smoked sardine on onion confit and Raf tomato
  • Cod marinated in Azuaga olive oil from the Montes de Toledo
  • León cecina (cured beef) with foie shavings and Arzuaga olive oil from the Montes de Toledo
  • Gran Selección Santoña anchovies on tomato foam with hot toast
  • Seafood-stuffed peppers on tomato mousseline
  • Leek cake covered with goose liver in fig and raisin sauce
  • Beef sirloin with a slice of foie in Arzuaga red wine sauce
  • Flame-grilled suckling lamb chops
  • Arzuaga-style suckling wild boar confitted at low temperature with a crispy finish


Taller Arzuaga

Avant-garde Castilian cooking based on local products, particularly game from La Planta estate, the home of Arzuaga wines.
A setting designed for enjoying our cooking in relaxing surroundings, with views of vines and the inside of the winery, accessed via an interactive vaulted corridor.
