Arzuaga oils are made only with olives harvested using the beating method to collect the fruit once it is properly ripe. Olives that have fallen on the ground before harvesting are never used.
It is green and its fruity aroma recalls apples, tomato plants and almonds. In the mouth it has hints of well-balanced spiciness and tartness.
In the production process, tradition is combined with the most advanced techniques. The temperature is never allowed to exceed 27ºC. The olive oil is kept in stainless steel vats in the oil mill until it goes for sale.
