Cornicabra and Arbequina 100%

In Noez, in the heart of the Montes de Toledo, just a few miles from the historic city of Toledo itself, lies Los Olivos estate. It covers more than 150 ha (370 acres), with more than 7,500 olive trees, and includes the mill that makes the olive oil bearing the name of its creators – the Arzuaga family.

  • Cornicabra

Arzuaga 100% Cornicabra belongs to the Montes de Toledo olive oil Designation of Origin and won first prize in the DO’s Cornicabra Extra Virgin Olive Oil competition in 2010-11, as well as other major Spanish awards.

It is made exclusively with the Cornicabra olive native to the area – the second most grown Spanish variety in terms of land used. This olive usually ripens late, which gives it complexity and balance.

Arzuaga 100% Cornicabra is bright yellowish green. With an intense aroma and notes of green herbs and unripe vine tomato, it is floral, with tropical notes. In the mouth it is greasy and unctuous, with good acidity. A tasty, persistent and highly expressive oil.

In the production process, tradition is combined with the most advanced techniques. The temperature is never allowed to exceed 27ºC. The olive oil is kept in stainless steel vats in the oil mill until it goes for sale.
