Wine made with Tinto Fino grapes from vines more than 20 years old. All of them grow on the winery’s estate that gives the wine its name. It is in Quintanilla de Onésimo, in the heart of Ribera del Duero. Its chalky clay soils with unfragmented bedrock less than a metre below the surface and its altitude at around 900 metres (nearly 3,000 feet) give it its particular features.
